A Personal Message From The Owner:

On October 31st, 2015 we opened Palmetto Twist Simpsonville.  I (Candee Humphries) opened a Palmetto Twist store because I had been a stay at home mom for fifteen years and decided I was ready to go back to work. I had no idea what I wanted to do until My daughter, Anna Grace, and I visited the Boiling Springs location for their Re-Grand Opening and that’s where it all started. We instantly fell in love, became regular customers and before we knew it, my family and I were opening a store of our own.

The immediate support we received from the community was so overwhelming and I am still blown away by how welcoming the city of Simpsonville has been to my store. We pride ourselves on our customer service and always strive to give customers a pleasant experience while shopping here. I always tell my employees that good customer service is the key to a successful business!

As the season’s change our popular items vary as well, but our most popular item right now is the Corkcicle Tumblers and Canteens, along with Palmetto Twist’s own version of the Yeti Tumbler, sold in stainless steel and color dipped. In the winter time, Charles River Raincoats and brown furry vests were items that customers could not get enough of! We placed four or five orders of those ensuring that supply would meet demand.

Opening Palmetto Twist has brought me so many wonderful experiences and introduced me to so many wonderful people who have all made for a better store than I could have ever imagined. I am so grateful for my friends and family who have been nothing but supportive of the store and I. My sister even opened her own Palmetto Twist location in Columbia, South Carolina so I guess you could say we’re making it a family business!
