What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted up to 15 days from the purchase date with the item being unworn or unharmed. Store credit only. No returns on final sale items or discounted goods.

What is your turn-around time on custom goodies?

Our turn around time is 5-7 business days during the regular season (January-July) and 7-10 business days during the busier season (August-December) for all custom embroidery, direct-to-film, vinyl, and laser orders. Thank you for our patience with us as we ensure your order is flawless.

What is the DTF wall?

The DTF wall is a collection of unique and hand-chosen transfers that are ready to be pressed on the spot! We press 6 days a week, on the spot, in under 5 minutes!

Do I need an appointment for permanent jewelry?

No! We do recommend calling to ensure we have a staff member in the building that knows how to perform the weld!

How do I go about placing a custom order?
