By purchasing from Palmetto Twist you are agreeing with the following terms:
In-store and Online
We offer online or store store credit only within 15 days from the date you receive your order. We do not offer refunds.
If you are needing to start the return process, please CLICK HERE. Please read all return guidelines to make sure your item is eligible for a return.
-Returns are accepted up to 15 days from the date of purchase in-store, or date of delivery for online orders (per tracking).
-Original shipping is not refundable.
-The customer is responsible for return shipping fee. * We recommend a method of shipping that will provide a tracking number (ask your post office for options).
-Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke free, pet free, and food free condition. * Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor, fragrance or body odor; has stains, animal hair, or has been washed/worn/altered. Items must be in original condition with applicable tags attached. If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned. If arrangements are not made - after 14 days, the items will go to a non-profit charity.
-Original tags must be attached and intact
-Shoes must be returned in original box and placed in an additional package for shipment. Do not add tape, shipping label or any other markings to the original shoe box. Doing so will cause your return to be subject to a restocking fee.
-Damages must be reported with 72 hours of purchase or receipt of order.
-FINAL SALE items are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
-Purchases made during a special promotion will not be accepted for a return. Please read all promotion details.
-By subscribing to Palmetto Twist text notifications and emails , you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services at the phone number you provided when you subscribed, and that the messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency is recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt-out and HELP for customer support.
