What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted up to 15 days from the purchase date with the item being unworn. Store credit only. No returns on final sale items.
What is your turn around time?
Our turn around time is 5-7 business days during the regular season (January-October) and 7-10 business days during the busier season (November-December) for all custom embroidery, direct-to-film, vinyl, and laser orders.
Are you related to PT Graphics?
We are! Palmetto Twist, PT Graphics, and The Creative Bar are all operated out of the same building. Think of it as a sister company!
What is the DTF wall?
The DTF wall is a collection of different transfers that are ready to be pressed on the spot! Any design on our wall! We press 6 days a week - on the spot in under 5 minutes!
How do I place a custom order?
We always recommend coming in-store and allowing our girls to guide you through the order process! If you're unable to come in-store, please email us at hello@palmettotwist.com or reach out to us on Instagram or Facebook!
Do I need an appointment for permanent jewelry?
No! Although, we do recommend calling to ensure we have a staff member in the building that knows how to perform the weld!
